On the road

We have been in WV for about a week and a half now visiting family and friends and tonight we start our LONG journey to Texas. Texas is our next duty station in case you haven't read my other posts! Here are a few photos from our  visit. 

We had a sweet 80s party with our friends! Leave it to my husband to rock a blonde mullet. I attempted to tease my hair.. It didn't work so I opted for extensions and a lace bow that I will definitely be wearing again. I love lace! Props to all those 80s ladies out there that teased their hair on a daily basis.

So, here is a breakdown of how we're getting to Texas... We leave WV tonight to go to North Carolina and pick up Ryan's stuff from storage. After that, drive to FL to pick up my stuff and see my family and then drive to Texas. It's going to be a LONG HAUL but luckily I have the best man by my side. 

We are so ready to have all of our stuff out of storage and be settled in our new house!  Above all, we get to be together for good finally! Besides the deployments that are inevitable.
